Common Area Tree Trimming this Fall
It is that time of year to trim our common area trees to protect our neighbors and residences! We expect our tree trimmer vendor to trim trees between October 28 and November 2.

New Rules for Rustic Creek
The Board announced new Rules at a special meeting held on October 24. A copy of the New Rules was emailed to all homeowners on October 25. If you have not received a copy, please don't hesitate to get in touch with the association. Homeowners are invited to comment on the new Rules until December 6. The new Rules will be published on December 13 and effective January 1, 2025.

RC HOA Special Meeting Results
The Board appreciates everyone who attended the special meeting. We were delighted that 21 homeowners and proxy holders attended.
We met the special meeting's quorum requirement. Your support for one another was evident by unanimously approving a 7% annual due increase. The annual dues are $1070, effective January 1, 2025 (bi-annual payment of $535 due in December 2024).
